Terms of Service

These terms apply to all visitors of sevan.studio (the “site”) operated by Maria Asatryan (Individual contractor, operating as Sevan). By using the site you accept these terms.

Engagements with paying clients are governed by a separate, signed services agreement — not by these general site terms.

The site exists to describe Sevan’s AI-powered paid-ads services and to let prospective clients request a call with our team. We may change, suspend, or remove parts of the site at any time without notice.

Submitting the contact form is not a contract and creates no obligation on either side. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, or revenue change from advertising — results depend on many factors outside our control, and any performance-based arrangement is defined in a separate signed agreement.

You agree not to:

• Submit false information through the contact form or pretend to be someone you’re not.
• Use the site to send spam, attempt to access non-public areas, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.
• Scrape the site for content other than what’s necessary for indexing by standard search engines.

The site’s copy, design, and brand marks are owned by Maria Asatryan. You may not reproduce them outside of normal browsing and social-sharing of a single link to a page.

Content on the site is general information. It is not tailored advice for any specific brand and does not create a client relationship until both parties have signed a services agreement and the first invoice has been paid.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in all regions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to USD $100, or the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months under any services agreement, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Armenia. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
