The wall

Why $500K–$3M brands stall

You’re doing every job.

Founder, copywriter, customer support, PPC manager, analyst. The work expands faster than the day does.

Full-time hires don’t pencil.

A US e-commerce ops manager runs $5,000–6,500/month loaded. Most $500K–$3M brands can’t justify it.

Agencies aren’t built for you.

Most start at $3,500/month, lock you into 6-month contracts, and assign you a junior account manager.

The retainer

What’s in the retainer

Everything below, every month. From $2,000/mo, month-to-month, cancel anytime. Exact number depends on the add-ons that fit your stores — agreed on the demo call.

  1. 01

    AI-assisted listing content

Rolling refresh of 4 Amazon + Shopify product listings per month. Titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content — AI-drafted, operator-edited, conversion-tuned.

  2. 02

    Review & Q&A management

Daily monitoring across both platforms. AI-drafted replies queued for your one-click approval, compliant with current Amazon policies.

  3. 03

    AI in the workflow

Reporting, anomaly detection, copy variations, competitor scrapes — repetitive ops work runs through AI so you get a team's throughput from one operator.

  4. 04

    Weekly performance snapshot

Sales, conversion, ranking shifts, review sentiment, anomaly flags. Short Loom or doc, no fluff.

  5. 05

    Monthly strategy call

30 minutes, focused on next month's priorities and what to fix.

  6. 06

    Direct access

Slack or email, 24-hour response on business days, Monday through Friday.

Optional add-ons

Pick what you actually need

Add what fits your stores. Most clients pick one or two. Pricing is shaped on the demo call and laid out in the offer I send same day — à la carte, no minimums, no bundles you don’t need.

  • Klaviyo email flows
    Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back — AI-drafted, operator-edited
  • Amazon PPC management
Up to $5K monthly ad spend, AI-tuned bids + search terms
  • Supplier & sourcing
1688 / Alibaba vetting, negotiation, QC
  • Unit economics & P&L
Full financial model, margin breakdown, scenarios
  • Inventory forecasting
Reorder alerts before you stock out
  • Custom AI tooling
Internal dashboards, automations, and AI workflows built for your store — when paying $200/mo for SaaS makes less sense than owning the version that does only what you need

Where AI shows up

Three surfaces, equal weight

AI is not an add-on or a buzzword here. It’s the operating model — content, workflow, and tooling all run through it. That’s how one operator delivers what used to take a team.

  1. AI Content

    Listings, A+, copy

Product titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, Klaviyo copy, ad creatives — AI-drafted to brand voice, then operator-edited for conversion. Especially critical on Amazon, where copy is the conversion lever.

  2. AI Workflow

    Throughput multiplier

Review and Q&A replies, weekly reporting, anomaly detection, competitor scrapes, listing variations — repetitive ops work runs through AI so one operator delivers what used to take a four-person team.

  3. Custom AI Tooling

    Software you own

When a $200/mo SaaS does only one thing badly, I build the version that does exactly what you need: custom inventory dashboards, revenue attribution, AI workflows for recurring chores. Optional add-on.

Content + Workflow are included in the base retainer. Custom tooling is an optional add-on when a SaaS subscription doesn’t quite fit your store — scope agreed on the demo call.

Why Sevan Studio

Three things you don’t get from a normal ops agency

Most agencies bill more, do less, and lock you in. Here’s what makes this different — concretely.

  1. 01

    One operator, not five handoffs

No account manager passing tickets to a junior copywriter who emails a PPC contractor. The person on the demo is the person doing the work — every week.

  2. 02

AI everywhere — content, workflow, tooling

AI-drafted listings, A+ content, and review replies. AI inside the workflow for reporting and anomaly detection. Custom AI tooling when a SaaS subscription doesn't quite fit. Not one feature — woven through the whole engagement.

  3. 03

    Month-to-month, no lock-in

Other agencies want six-month contracts and a setup fee. Sevan Studio is paid in advance for the month ahead, cancel anytime with seven days notice. The work has to earn the next month.

Who does the work

You always talk to the operator

Before this, I founded MOSSA — a women’s accessories brand sold on marketplaces — and scaled it to $20,000/month and top-3 subcategory ranking before executing a clean trademark exit. I’ve handled China sourcing through 1688, marketplace SEO and paid ads, P&L management, customer service, and inventory flow end-to-end. As an operator, not a consultant.

What makes Sevan Studio different is AI woven across every layer of the work — drafting listings and A+ content to your brand voice, generating review and Q&A replies, running the reporting and anomaly checks, and, when a SaaS subscription doesn’t quite fit, shipping the custom dashboard or automation that does (I’m a software developer too). The judgment of an operator who’s run a brand, with the throughput of a small team, at a single retainer price.

I work with founders directly. No account managers, no handoffs, no junior staff. The person you talk to on the intro call is the person doing the work.

Getting started

How it works

  1. 01

    Book a demo call

30 minutes, no pitch. Tell me a bit about your stores and what's slowing you down.

  2. 02

    Live walk-through

We go through your Shopify and Amazon together. I point out what I'd fix first.

  3. 03

    Personalized offer + contract

Same day. Scope shaped to what you actually need, with transparent pricing.

  4. 04

    Onboarding (day 1)

Access setup, brand voice doc, baseline metrics. Work starts immediately.

On the call

A real audit of your stores — together

30 minutes. I come in having already looked at your stores, so we use the time on what matters most. Camera optional. No slide deck.

  1. 01

    Walk-through of your Shopify

Homepage, product pages, copy, conversion friction, reviews, email capture. I share my screen, you share yours.

  2. 02

    Walk-through of your Amazon

Listings, A+ content, ratings, Q&A, paid ad performance if you can share access. What's working, what's bleeding.

  3. 03

3–5 specific mistakes hurting your performance

Called out live with examples — not a generic checklist. You'll walk away with written-down fixes by the end of the call whether you sign or not.

  4. 04

What I can help with — and what stays with you

AI-assisted listings + A+ content, reviews, Q&A, PPC, Klaviyo flows, supplier work, custom AI tooling when it makes sense. I'm honest about what's not my lane.

  5. 05

    Results you can realistically expect

Concrete picture of month 1, month 3, month 6. No fake guarantees — what compounds, what stays slow, what's outside my control.

  6. 06

    Anything you want to ask

Pricing math, NDA, references, my MOSSA exit, why I work this way. After the call I email you a personalized commercial offer the same day.

What month one looks like

The first 30 days, week by week

No mystery. Here’s exactly what to expect once the contract is signed.

  1. Week 1

    Diagnose & baseline

Full account audit, baseline metrics locked, brand voice doc written, weekly reporting dashboard live.

  2. Week 2

    First listings reshipped

Top 2 best-sellers rewritten and pushed. Review-reply workflow running daily. Q&A backlog cleared.

  3. Week 3

    Compounding work

Next 2 listings reshipped. PPC and Klaviyo (if on plan) tuned. First weekly snapshot delivered.

  4. Week 4

    Strategy review

Month-end call. Wins, misses, next-month plan. You decide if we keep going.

Honest filter

Not a fit if…

Saves us both time. If any of these are you, I’d rather say so up front than waste a call.

  • You sell services, software, or digital downloads — this is for physical product brands only.
  • You're under $500K/year — the retainer math doesn't work yet. Reach out again when you've crossed it.
  • You're in CBD, weapons, adult, or gambling categories — I don't take regulated verticals.
  • You want someone to take orders from a marketing committee — I work directly with founders.

FAQ

Common questions

How do I know this will work for my brand?

You don't, yet — and that's why the first call is no-pressure. Before you commit a dollar, we walk through your stores live on a 30-minute call. You'll hear specific issues hurting your performance and what I'd change in month one. After the call I send a personalized offer; if it's not a fit, I say so plainly.

What if I cancel after one month?

That's fine. The retainer is month-to-month. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If something isn't working, you stop paying. Most clients stay because the work compounds, not because they're locked in.

Do you work with my niche?

Shopify and Amazon brands doing $500K–$3M per year, across most physical-product categories: beauty, supplements, home goods, accessories, pet, kitchen. I don't work with high-regulation categories (CBD, weapons, adult, gambling) or services-only businesses.

How is one person plus AI different from a real agency?

Faster, cheaper, and more direct. A traditional agency runs your account through a junior account manager, a copywriter, a PPC specialist, and a designer — each at 20% attention. I do the work myself; AI drafts the listings and review replies, handles the reporting, and powers any custom tooling you need. You always talk to the person doing the work.

What about timezones?

I'm based in Yerevan, Armenia (GMT+4). I work standard business hours that overlap US East Coast (mornings), UK and EU (full workday), and Canada. Response SLA is 24 hours on business days regardless.

Can you handle Amazon PPC?

Yes, as an add-on for up to $5K monthly ad spend. Larger ad budgets are quoted separately on the demo call.

Where does AI actually show up in the engagement?

Three places, all in the base retainer except the last one. (1) Content — listings, A+ sections, descriptions, Klaviyo and ad copy are AI-drafted to your brand voice, then operator-edited. (2) Workflow — reporting, anomaly detection, review replies, competitor scrapes run through AI so one operator gets a team's throughput. (3) Custom tooling — when a SaaS subscription doesn't quite fit your store, I build the version that does (optional add-on, scope agreed on the demo).

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, a mutual NDA is available on request before the demo call. Standard terms.

What's not included in the retainer?

Anything off-computer: photoshoots, warehouse or 3PL operations, in-person events, phone-based customer support. Also not included: brand identity / logo design, video production, influencer outreach, paid social ads beyond Amazon PPC.
